There is really no other word that can describe Direwolf better then huge, everything on him down to the whiskers on his muzzle can have that word in there. His long pelt is quite a mix of colours, the base colour being a powerful gingery-brown colour, on top of this there is a darker brown followed by jet black stripes all over, down to his toes, which make up his tabby pelt. His tail is almost all this black, except for a few parts where the darker brown is streaking through. His eyes are probably the only half-soothing part on his body, the part that gets the attention of she-cats, apart from his bulking muscles but that can be explain more later. His eyes are are deep shade of copper, occasionally they go a soft brown, these are the source of either inflicting fear upon his enemies or catching the hearts of the she-cats he supposeably 'loved'.
Now, about his build, as i mentioned, he is huge, every little bit of his lithe body ripples with the muscles underneath his fur, he has long limbs and tails and large ears but it doesnt seem like it compaired to the rest of his body, another thing that he has long is his whiskers, which often seem to get in his eyes and bother him. With his ears, they have a nice shade of pink on the inside and on the back the tabby pattern of his fur takes over but on top there is short tufts of black fur that grow out. His body build and shape allows him for powerful blows and agile dodges all in one, and with the quick-wittedness he got from his father, Direwolf is one feirce fighter in battle and should be quite feared.
Personality;;
Even though all I have wrote about him, Direwolf is actually quite a nice tom, something he must have gotton from his mother, yes he did have his time but that is well behind him now and you are left with the very friendly and funny tom. Since he is buy himself, its hard to say whether he is caring or not, but when he still was in the Clans he was caring to the ones that cared for him, so its fair to say that he will be caring to you if you are that way towards him. When it comes to meeting someone new, depending on first impressions, he can range from very open and friendly, to very shy and submissive (the first impression means alot to him, often sticks, which is often quite a bad thing).
If you are a cat he knows well, you will know that he is just a genuine tom looking for a good she-cat and life, he has given alot of thought about wanting a family, in the end he decided that his freedom meant more to him then family, thinking that if he wanted a family he would have to rejoin the Clans -something he wasnt willing at all to do, even though he does still live around them, looking over his sister, Fablefeather, who he does miss very much. But there is a darker side to him, the side that all cats seem to believe is him (which isn't), this side will take over when he feels sorrow, grief, hurt, anything that really isn't the best of feelings. This is side is basically mean, he will ignore you, hurt you, be agressive, and just.. evil. Even so he is barely like this anymore, but when he is its just a suggestion to avoid him, unless of course you know how to tame his heart..
History;;
You Can Just Read 'Fablefeather's Bio', But There Is A Different Side To Their History.. His Side
Kithood
Direkit was born first in the litter with his sister, Fablekit, and his brother, Woodkit, to the BrookClan she-cat Gingerpatch and tom Turboflash. From the moment he was born and named, Direkit caused trouble, he was the mischief maker in the family, there was a fight over what he was to be named, but in the end his father got the better side and he was named Direkit. From the moment him and his siblings opened their eyes and began to explore, Direkit's life became difficult, his brother Woodkit, hardly ever spoke, and he was to later find out that he was the only one he would talk to, even then it was only on his wish, Direkit would ask him questions but he would never answer, just look at him with the same blank look the tom would give everyone else. Slowly but steadily, Direpaw learned that his brother believed he was controlled by a 'greater force', of which had told him not to speak to anyone, even Direkit, it controlled him and what he did, this was later to be told by the Medicine Cat as a 'mental problem'. During this time, he broke the warrior code on several occasions, including hunting and just generally running errands, telling lies to get other cats worked up, this didnt affect his transition into become an apprentice, although he has learnt that StarClan gave him the mentor he did for his bad actions
Apprenticeship, Mentor Devilscreech
Direpaw when it came to apprenticeship, was rather unfortunate, the mentor he was giving was completely heartless, Direpaw was trained till exhaustion each and everyday, leaving him less and less time (and patience) to talk to Woodkit, which slowly was driving the should-be apprentice to insanity. During this time, his mother had another litter of kits, which he was quite happy about, but unlike his sister didn't overly 'shine' to him, he wanted to be a warrior and fight off other clans, he just wanted to serve. He was doing well, considering the mentor he had, but at the end of the day, after Woodkit had puzzled him more, he was nothing more but just utterly distressed and bothered, and wasnt the kind of cat that wanted company.
Something happened, and even though this solved his problem of Woodkit, it only made life harder as grief swept over him, Woodkit had died, and to what he sort of knew and believed, taken his own life.
But StarClan intended more on the young tom, taking his mother and the new litter via greencough, this just completely broke the toms spirit and will, yes he never realy cared much for the kits and his mother, but they were his family, he loved them, but no, Devilscreech wouldn't hear of time to mourn, if anything his training intensified, Direpaw just couldnt take it all on, and training went to something more like abusing just before Fablepaw joined them. The confusion and pain that came with his mentor abusing him only ever made things worse, but something good did end up coming out of his training ..his rank as warrior.
Warriorhood
Direwolf (yes he did keep his Warrior Name, he is very proud of it), had a rather.. memorable, warrior ceremony with his sister, a cat had stumbled upon the dead body of his father. Unexplainable pain went through the tom, his father had always been there for him, through good and bad, and even when he himself, had given up on life, he hadn't given up on his son. The mystery that surrounded his death though was something that Direwolf wished he and sister had never tried to investigate, unlike other cats, he didn't believe his father had taken his own life, even though he was the way he was after the death of Gingerpatch, he just would never believe that it was that way.
One day during a time when they were all sharing tongues, he sat alone in the clearing grooming his long, thick pelt, the day had been bad for him, maggots in his food, prey not being there, cats hating him for no apparant reason, he just needed some time to himself -something his old mentor didn't seem to understand. The old tom was close to retiring, even still he never got off Direwolf's back. Direwolf had enough, the annoying whining that the tom was putting into his large ears was making him mad, then the words "I Killed Turboflash" filled his ears, he whipped around, his long, strikingly sharp claws ripped against Devilscreech's throat, cutting his windpipe clean in half, the tom didn't even have a chance to speak again, he died screeching the way he had been named.
No one really expected it, and were quite outraged, no one had heard what the dead tom had said, Direwolf was in too much of an outrage to even think of explaining. He was driven from the Clan that day, and has never returned since.
Lonerlife
Since becoming a sort of loner-rouge, Direwolf has almost doubled in size, as he was never really mature when he became a warrior, he has learned the style of fighting that suits him best and has learned how to look after himself the best. Yes, he still hangs around the Clans, he wishes to watch over her sister. He slowly has learned to control his anger that he has, although when he is in a bad way this sorta just takes over. When he first left the Clans, over the next couple of moons he went around and 'faked' love for many other loners and rouges he found that were female and looking for a mate, for what you would expect of course, if they ever fell pregnant, found out about his love being fake or found out about another she-cat that he might have been seeing. After a while he sorta grew out of it, finding that it just wasnt right and ever since he has just lived alone, living life this way, and this is where he is now
